You play without registering: no name, email,
phone number or password. You are identified by a random code. What leaves your device is
described in full below, including the things most policies leave out: the voice chat, the text
chat, and the technical data that Unity’s own components send.

1. Who this covers, and who is responsible

These games are developed and published by Juan Carlos Bivia Mendoza (“jucabime”),
contactable at jucabime@hotmail.com. This policy covers
all three published builds:

FloorLava 2 for iOS — App Store,
com.jucabime.FloorLava2

FloorLava 2 for Android — Google Play,
com.jucabime.floorlava2

FloorLava (the original) for iOS — App Store,
com.jucabime.FloorLava

The two games are built on completely different technology, so what they send is different.
Where that matters, it is stated app by app.

2. You are never asked to register

Neither game has a sign-up screen. You are never asked for a name, an email address, a phone
number or a password, and there is no account to create.

FloorLava 2 does create an anonymous player record with Unity
Gaming Services the first time it goes online. That record is a random identifier with no personal
information in it. It exists so your leaderboard scores, your friends list and your 30-day trial
survive a reinstall. If you sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Play Games (Android), that record is
linked to it so it follows you to a new phone — Apple or Google confirm it is you without giving us
your name or email.

FloorLava 1 creates no record of its own at all. It uses Apple’s Game Center
directly and keeps everything else on your device.

3. What leaves your device

FloorLava 2

Anonymous player ID and nickname. The nickname is one you type yourself. If you
don’t choose one, Unity generates a random one. Unity always appends a suffix such as

#7203
; that full string is also your friend code.

Leaderboard scores, with the level reached, the flag you picked, the character
you played, how many were on your team and the date. Scores are queued on the device and sent when
there is a connection.

Multiplayer session data while you are in a room: player positions, game events,
the character you are wearing, and the room code.

Voice, if you use the walkie-talkie — see section 5.

Text messages to friends — see section 5.

Friends and blocked lists, held by Unity’s Friends service.

One saved value in the cloud: the date your 30-day trial started. That is the
only thing this game writes to cloud storage.

Technical data sent by Unity’s own components. Unity’s in-app purchase
component reports a technical event when a session starts. It contains the Unity installation ID,
the anonymous player ID, the device model, the operating system version, your device language,
system uptime and available storage — and, on iOS, the Apple “identifier for vendor”. We do not
receive this data; it goes to Unity. There is no advertising identifier in it.

Approximate location. Unity’s services record the approximate region their
servers see your connection coming from, derived from your IP address. This is not GPS and the game
never asks for location access.

The flag shown next to your score is not location. You pick it by hand from a
list, and it is empty unless you choose one.

FloorLava 1

This game makes no network request of its own. Everything that leaves the device
goes to Apple’s Game Center:

Scores and achievements, with the level reached, the flag you picked and the
characters your team used, attached to your Game Center identity.

Multiplayer session data and voice clips, through Game Center matchmaking.

Your Game Center display name and photo are shown by Apple. The nickname you type inside
FloorLava 1 never leaves your device — it is only used to label your own row in your own leaderboard
screen. Progress, records and settings stay on the phone: this game has no cloud save, so
uninstalling loses them.

4. What we never collect

No real name, email address, phone number, contacts or photo library.

No GPS or precise location. Neither game requests location access.

No advertising of any kind, no ad SDKs and no cross-app tracking. The Android
build does not even request the advertising-ID permission, and the iOS builds never show a tracking
prompt.

No profiling and no automated decisions about you.

No payment details. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we only learn that a
purchase succeeded.

We never sell or rent data to anyone.

5. Multiplayer: what others see, voice and chat

Public. In FloorLava 2 your nickname and score appear in the worldwide
leaderboards, alongside players on both iOS and Android. Choose a nickname that doesn’t identify
you. In FloorLava 1 what appears is your Game Center name, which Apple controls.

In a room, the other players see your nickname and your character.

Voice. Both games include a push-to-talk walkie-talkie. In FloorLava 2 the clip
is recorded in memory, sent through Unity’s Relay servers to everyone in the room, and discarded —
it is never written to storage and we never receive or keep it. In FloorLava 1 the clip is briefly
written to a temporary file, sent through Game Center and deleted immediately. Be aware that in a
public match the room may contain strangers. You can turn the microphone off, mute incoming voice
or hide the walkie-talkie entirely in the game’s settings, and the microphone permission is only
ever requested when the game starts, never mid-match.

Text chat (FloorLava 2 only). You can send short messages to people on your
friends list. This is not an open chat: you can only message people you have
added as friends. Friends are added in three ways — by typing someone’s exact code, by tapping a
player you are currently in a room with, or from the worldwide leaderboard — and every request has
to be accepted. There is no searchable directory of players and no way to browse for strangers, so
nobody can message you unless you accepted them first. Messages appear on screen for a few seconds and then disappear
— nothing is written to your device and no history is kept anywhere in the game. They do pass
through Unity’s messaging service in transit; what Unity retains there is covered by their policy.
Messages are not reviewed by us. If you receive something you don’t want, you can block that person
or block incoming messages entirely. FloorLava 1 has no text chat.

6. Third parties

Unity Technologies (FloorLava 2 only) — anonymous sign-in, cloud save,
leaderboards, rooms, relay, friends and in-app purchase support.
unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

Apple (iOS) — App Store and StoreKit for purchases, and Game Center: for
identity in FloorLava 2, and for identity, leaderboards, achievements and matchmaking in
FloorLava 1. apple.com/legal/privacy

Google (Android) — Google Play, Play Billing and Play Games Services.
policies.google.com/privacy

That is the complete list. There is no analytics provider, no crash-reporting service, no
attribution SDK and no advertising network in any build.

7. Purchases

All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or account
details — only whether a purchase completed, so the content can be unlocked and restored.
FloorLava 2 keeps that result on your device; the only purchase-related value stored in the cloud is
the start date of the 30-day trial, so the trial cannot be reset by reinstalling.

8. Permissions

FloorLava 2 (iOS) requests one permission: the microphone.

FloorLava 2 (Android) declares internet and network state, vibration, microphone
and audio settings, Bluetooth (used by the system for audio devices) and billing. It does not
request location, camera, storage, contacts or the advertising ID.

FloorLava 1 (iOS) requests four: the microphone; device motion, for tilt
controls, which never leaves the phone; your Game Center friends list, to invite people to play; and
permission to add an image to your photo library when you save a result card — it can add,
never read.

9. How long data is kept, and how to delete it

Cloud data in FloorLava 2 is kept while the game is published. Leaderboard entries stay until
they are beaten or the board is reset.

To delete your data, email
jucabime@hotmail.com from any address, with the friend code
shown in your profile (for example
Juanca#7203
). Your anonymous record, nickname,
leaderboard entries, friends list and trial date will be erased within 30 days. Deleting the app
does not delete cloud data by itself: on FloorLava 2 your scores, nickname, friends and trial date
remain and return if you reinstall with the same Game Center or Play Games account. On FloorLava 1
everything local is lost, and what remains sits with Apple, in Game Center.

Data held by Apple, Google or Unity is deleted through them, under their own policies.

10. Children

These games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
They do include online multiplayer with unmoderated voice and, in FloorLava 2, unmoderated text
chat, so parents should take that into account. Both can be disabled in the game’s settings. If you
believe a child has provided data, write to us and it will be removed.

11. Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have the right to access, correct,
delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to
jucabime@hotmail.com. Because accounts are anonymous, we
will need the friend code from your profile to find your record. You may also complain to your
national data protection authority.

12. International transfers

Apple, Google and Unity operate servers outside the European Economic Area, so your data may be
processed there under the safeguards set out in their own privacy policies.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version is published on
this page.

14.
